Meditation Retreat. ( 1 Day, 2 Day, 1 Week )

* Morning:
* 7:00AM: Chanting and Sitting meditation. 

* 7:45AM: Breatfast 

* 8:00 – 9:00 AM: Gentle yoga 

* 9:00 – 11:00 PM: Sitting and walking meditation (1hour minutes sitting, 15 minutes walking) and share dhamma talk. 

* Afternoon:
* 11:00 – 12:00 PM: Lunch. 

* 12:00 – 2:00 PM: Mindful movement or rest. 

* 2:00 – 4:00 PM: Sitting meditation, walking meditation and share dhamma talk

* Evening:
* 4:00 – 5:00 PM: Dinner. 

* 5:00 – 6:00 PM Closing meditation.
